Mr. Bigby Wolf.
The character that I chose to focus on was Mr. Bigby Wolf. Based on the reading I learned that contrary to the widely had a impression that he use to be a big bad wolf and use to huff and puff and blow houses down, he has become the sheriff of the underground Fabletown Community. Additionally he shows charity to the pig, who’s straw house he blew down a long time ago by letting him crash on his couch when he escapes from the “farm” where the unnormal fables live. In the beginning B. Wolf is a busy responsible kind of guy. After the information about the kidnapping is revealed he goes to Snow White with the story and shows a certain amount of sympathy and perhaps empathy about the situation and Snow White’s hated of Jack. Upon examining the scene of the crime B. Wolf thoughtfully accuses Jack of the crime and holds him in custody so he can investigate his idea of the real perpetrator. B. Wolf is a thoughtful investigator following instinct and leads. He is a remarkable sheriff. And it seems like he is on the right path to finding out what happened to Rose Red.

Cinderella.
Cinderella would live her life today as a rich person with a lot of people around her. She would probably have paparazzi all over her asking her questions about her family, especially her step sisters and step mother. I also think she would move on in life and move to hollywood and start her own show and make many new friends.

Red riding hood
In the real Red Riding Hood a wolf wants to eat the girl but is scared to do so in public. Red riding hood is carrying a basket collecting flowers. Just like in the story " E " in the first comic the author shows a little girl roaming around a lonely city that looks scary. In the real Red Riding Hood the famous girl that wears the red dress looks and seems innocent meanwhile in the comic "E" the girl sounds wild and scary. For example in Red Riding Hood she would hang out in clam daylight areas while in "E" she would hang out in scary dark lonely places and carry weapons that would hurt anybody. I think the author used red riding hood as an evil character in "E" because he wanted to show something different from the real version.
Also in the original story of Red Riding Hood the little country girl lived in a village and had a mother that was excessively found of her. Her grandmother doted on her still more that they had made the red hood for her. It suited the little girl so well that everybody called her Little Red Riding Hood. In the comic "E" the girl that appears to be similar to Little Red Riding Hood looks and sounds very different from her. In the comic she appears with dark black hair looking like an old lady merely existing with little hope for any future. But in the original story of Red Riding Hood the little girl looks like a little girl whose just starting to live her life, perhaps on the cusp of teenage years. Also in the comic "E" Red Riding Hood appears to be fighting with a horrifying monster, similar to the original where she is dealing with the wolf.
To conclude, both novels are portrayed differently. In the original one she's very sensitive as a person and she is wondering around a clam world picking flowers etc. on a mission to grandma’s house. Meanwhile in "E" she is fighting evil stuff and carrying weapons. She also appears as an angry woman when she says "ARGGHH" in big red letters. I think the author chose Red Riding Hood and decided to portray her as an evil person to show two different personalities and different images. In perspective these two images of the same yet very different persons appeal to two different audiences.

work from today 11/14/11
In E1 Little Red Riding Hood is in the middle of no where wearing her typical red outfit. I knew from the start that this was Red Riding Hood because of her outfit, and there could not be any other the author could have used. The scene looks very foggy, which also makes it look scary and creepy with the light green colors. It also looks like the city has been destroyed. I also know this is Red Riding Hood because someone said "She'll be wondering where I am by now". I also know this is Red Riding Hood because in the comic "E1" the author made Red Riding Hood wear her basket.

Plots 11/2/2011
One of the plot points from DC Comic “Batman, The Dark Night Returns” part one is Bruce Wayne dealing with no longer being active as Batman. The struggle is evident on pages 15-17 where the panels depict Bruce Wayne watching the news and then a movie. At the end of the movie Bruce Wayne begins to become hysterical about all of the violence in Gotham City.
Another plot point is the ‘rehabilitation’ of Harvey Dent and his plastic surgery. Harvey Dent’s release back into main stream society is debated by both Commissioner James Gordan, pessimistically, and by Bruce Wayne, optimistically, on page 10 of the graphic novel. Additionally the ‘disappearance’ of Harvey Dent builds the plot because he gave a public speech on how he has been rehabilitated and then just vanishes.

If I were Superman...
One super power that I would love to have from superman is “x-ray vision”. This power is great because of all the good that I could do with it. Such as see things that people are trying to hide under their coats like a gun or a knife. Also it would be great to be able to see what is going on in the next room in case there was a robbery or some gun shots fired. I wouldn’t have to put myself in to danger without knowing what I would be walking in to and that is a big plus. On the negative side, people would eventually find out and think that I was not normal. They would start to treat me differently and push me away. Also I’m sure that the government would get involved and take me away to use me at an airport or something and that isn’t how I want to spend my life, scanning people and luggage for bombs.
